When you have whole grains like wheat berries, rice, or quinoa already prepped you can create delicious grain bowls with cooked (or raw) veggies, greens, beans (or tempeh or tofu), and a delectable sauce.
A batch of chili makes a nourishing, comforting meal one night and can be served with baked sweet (or russet) potatoes later in the week.
Don’t forget breakfast: Apple cinnamon steel cut oats or a tasty tofu scramble help you start the day right.
